I applied online. I had a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. There was no HR involved anywhere in the process. The phone interview and the in-person interview were with the Hiring Team. They had a number of positions open and were simultaneously checking my fit with all the open positions, which kind of became tricky - not knowing what they were looking for. Fundraising questions were the focus of the in-person interview. Early in the process, they were good with keeping you posted on the next steps, etc. After the interview, they kind of ghosted me and I had to chase them to find out if we were moving forward. Wasn't very professional of them to do that.

Standard questions like Tell me about yourself, Why LLS, Strengths and Weaknesses. Lots and Lots of questions about fundraising. That is all they want to know - how much can you fundraise?
