I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloodworks Northwest (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2020
Interview
I don't know if the process was adjusted for hiring during COVID but this interview left me scratching my head a little bit.
I applied online and was contacted within a week by email to schedule a time to discuss my experience on the phone for about 20 minutes. A few days after that, I got a call from a hiring manager and we further discussed my experience and he asked me a few questions about customer service. This call lasted about 30 minutes. We then scheduled an in person interview for the next week. The process so far had been pretty normal and comfortable.
Then the in person interview. We both wore masks and kept socially distant. It was an hour and a half long, asking many questions relating to customer service, someone I admire, how I've dealt with difficult customers in the past etc. The questions felt pretty normal and easy there were just a lot of them. I was then asked to had write a short essay on how BWNW would fit into my career plans as my interviewer walked around the room. When I said I was done writing, he asked me to remove my mask and removed his first. I really didn't appreciate this because it felt like a trap and no matter what I did, it would be held against me. I ended up quickly flashing the bottom of my face but it but I regretted doing so because I realized it might make me look like I would go against policy if a superior asked me to.
All throughout the interview process, it was stressed that the hours and assignments could change at short notice and they really stressed how flexible you had to be. I did appreciate that he said that if I didn't hear back by Friday (interview was on Tuesday) that I didn't get the job. I appreciated that because you just never hear back from some jobs. A rejection email followed in the next week.

Question 1
They asked about experience, and there were situational questions. They explained the job and training, my availability, and which location I prefer even though I applied for a float position, and the lady kind of snapped at me, and asking in a rude way if I knew this was for a location in Seattle, so I thought that was strange.

Interview
I did a phone interview, then a zoom panel interview. They mostly ask about your ability to do the job, a bit about why you applied. Run of the mill type stuff.
