Interview process is very straight forward and very easy. Interviewer was very kind and took her time getting to know me before jumping into the interview questions. The questions asked were really basic and just like your normal interview for any other company.

It was a mass hiring process. No individual questions. Must pass insurance licensing. Seemingly no filtering of qualifications. Easy job to get. Skated around the risk of mass layoffs, although it's clear that it happened regularly.
