(I applied for a Mandarin position in HK) Video interview (with 6 questions, 4 in English and 2 in Chinese, English questions have only one chance to record, but Chinese questions have 3) + phone interview + 1 hour in-house interview (with a preparation call to inform you the details and tips) + ???

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
