Went into the office, received a badge, interview was done for an hour - lots of questions about cv and some basic interview questions. Afterwards was told to take some snacks and drinks from the pantry.

O processo seletivo foi bastante objetivo. Em diferentes ocasiões, conversei com colaboradores do escritório em São Paulo e com colaboradores dos escritório em Nova Jersey. As conversas foram bastante naturais e pareciam mais um bate-papo que uma entrevista. Me apresentaram os problemas que querem resolver e contaram um pouco sobre a cultura da empresa.

1) HR Phone Interview - linguistic skills / questions about your past experiences / why you want to break into this industry etc.
2) Team Leader Interview - similar format to the phone interview but more questions on how your skills / experiences are relevant to the position
