Overall the phone call interview was very straight forward and easy. A few questions were asked regarding my ability in leadership, communication and a customer-facing role.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
