i was contacted by a recruiting agent and asked if i was interested in the job. they were looking for a candidate looking to relocate to dubai after a year or two. the process was easy although the questions weren't exactly what i was expecting, and the phone interview lasted 10 minutes.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
