Intro phone round, then a zoom with a peer, then a back to back zoom with multiple managers. Very helpful and insightful conversations. The main technical aspect was being given a current data process and asked what steps you would take to improve it.

Went through a few rounds, including a group session and meeting some of the team members and managers, Felt like they were looking for people with a good balance of technicals and soft skills.

It was smooth with basic code challenges and behavioural questions. I initially went through the screening process, which included my background and interest in the role. I was moved to the next stage of the technical assessment, which included questions on Python, Pandas, and SQL to answer.
Usually 4 rounds. First round with HR to gage your background, second with team leader on your technical expertise and business case scanrio, third with team manager on more broader vision and perspective in your career goals and a possible fourth round with local manager
