It is a very long process that takes multiple interviews to ace even to get considered but it does offer a free trip to New York for a week to learn if Bloomberg is the right place for you. Everything is paid for.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

Interview
4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
