The interview process involves situational questions designed to evaluate how candidates handle real-world challenges. Applicants are encouraged to share practical examples that highlight their decision-making skills, adaptability, and proven experience working under pressure. These examples should reflect high-stress situations—such as tight deadlines, difficult clients, or unexpected obstacles—and demonstrate how the candidate maintained performance, managed stress, and achieved successful outcomes. The goal is to assess both professional competence and resilience in demanding work environments.

Question 1
How do you intend to fill the gap between your previous role and this role?
There was a quiz, a video interview, and then a behavioral and role-playing interview. The most difficult portion was the role-playing interview as I found some of the questions to be too vague about what they were actually asking.
Phone call 30 min, role play interview over zoom and with specific language applied for and then if successfull a team leader interview and if successful then a job offer
