It is a normal 30-45 minutes interview, followed by clarifications if needed. it is important to know yourself and be clear if you are interested to join a young, small company which has potential to grow. without such convection, it is difficult to sound convincing

Feels like a panel is sitting to make a selection for IAS....too long. Two three rounds...completely wastage of time....the complete process can be done in a single day but they called me two times.
