HR(PASSED): From talking to the HR professional I could really tell she was extremely passionate about the work she does and how bloomerang enables her to execute her skills on a higher level-> Hiring Manager(Denied): this round was actually well, the hiring manager was open honest astute and laid back-> 2-3 more interviews
They want to get a feel for you personally and professionally. You will have 4-5 interviews and they get more extensive as you go. Standard role plays. Make sure to have examples of accounts and outcomes for all scenarios
Recruiter screening, into an excel assignment, then a 2nd round interview with the hiring manager, a computer skills assessment, and a final round interview with the team leads. Really disappointing results after spending a month in contact with several team members.
