Very slow to schedule the interview and there weren’t enough people side involved. The interview itself was fluid, but the recruiter seemed stressed, disengaged and somewhat dissatisfied, asking few questions and showing little preparation. I only received feedback because I actively requested it, and it arrived much later than expected, which did not feel respectful or professional toward candidates.

4 stages of interviews: recruiter - hiring manager - case study - final The communication was very clear throughout the process, I received timely updates at each formal step. All of the interlocutors were very nice and genuinely appreciate working in the company. Every person I spoke with was courteous and seemed genuinely engaged with the company’s mission. I had a good sense of how the position fits into the org and what success would look like, a rare find where the recruiter knows details about the role. However, the take-home required substantial time (multi-slide strategy + compliance framework). For this kind of assessment, it was a lot. The feedback is quite limited, I would have appreciated 1–2 specific pointers on how to improve my submission for future roles. Overall good experience.
