Phone screen with recruiter, phone interview with business, in person interviews with multiple business partners. Case study provided as a take home with presentation of outputs in the final rounds. No formula to interviews, quite repetitive with questions.

Interview process was moderately intensive. Interviews probed on strategic thinking, past experience, and understanding of KPIs. They also were interested in knowing how I passionate I was about the mission and my thoughts on the broader opportunity.
