I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Apron (New York, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
There was a phone interview with the Recruiter, based in NYC. They seem to be growing rapidly, nationwide. Not looking for people to put their own stamp on the job; they want people in the doors following their instructions. Recruiter could not eloquently express long term vision of company, or how the role would be supported. Just looking for very flexible people who could step in and do what they want.

Interview
This process for leading a pack line was very demeaning for me. I almost felt like I was being vetted for the presidency. Management is very opinionated and will treat you as of they are your superior.
