Easy, straightforward. Was basically hired on the spot. They're looking for nice, smart people. They're also looking for flexible schedules, but they work around student classes. Nothing too complicated regarding interviewing, just show that you're eager to learn.

Interview
It was a one-on-one interview with a manager in the store where they just had a laid-back conversation with you and got to know you. They asked about your previous work experience and how well you handle stress, since sometimes it can get busy. They stress that the employees have a lot expected of them and that you will stay busy.
