Blue Cow Software interview questions

Friendly and quick. Questionnaire/testing is basic but used with higher importance. First there was a phone call, then came in to meet 2 managers, final was with support manager and CEO. The CEO is very intelligent but seriously lacks interpersonal skills. Offer was made as I was driving home from the interview.

I applied for the CSR position via craigslist. A couple days later they contacted me. Sent me a link to apply on their website. A few days later I got a call for an interview. I get there and at first it seemed okay but then the mgr advised they weren't hiring for that position. And wanted me for a training position which required 50% travel which consisted going to Vermont. If they weren't hiring for the position why would they want me to to do the application on the their website or even come in for an interview. It was a waste of my time.
