Standard interview, consisting of personal questions and situational judgement questions. There was also a practical element meeting a dog and commenting on a video of someone interacting with a pet in their care.

Interview
I applied online, got an email within a week to book in for a phone interview.
The phone interview consisted of being told more about the job and asking if i had any questions.
I then got asked to come in for an interview and an assessment.
The assessment consisted of a dog, cat and small furry. Either assessing behaviour or making up a crate/kennel etc
The actual interview lasted about 30 mins.
It was a Competency based interview.

How would you build trust within a team within the first week?
How would you deal with a dog bite in a foster home if there were you superior wasnt in?
Tell me about a time you went abouve and beyond your job role?
What made you want this role etc.
