Interview
It consisted of a single interview with the Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Director. This is after an initial short phone screen. The employment offer came two days after the interview.

Question 1
Standard questions like, "Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for a customer, tell me about a time when you disagreed with a coworker and how did you resolve it", etc. Also there were a number of questions like, "Tell me abut yourself, what do you like to do in your free time, etc.
