it's more like a developer position rather than quant. They assume you have solid CS background and do not really care about your finance knowledge, which is very different from the job description.

Interview
First round was on-site at Blue Fire Office. First interview was with the CTO and CFO, followed by a technical interview with a Senior Trader, and concluded with an interview with a Head Trader. Second round interview consisted of a conversation with CEO, this round was more of a formality to meet the CEO.

Asked about my experience trading and my experience programming. They wanted to make sure I was knowledgable about the programming language I stated i was proficient in. They said they do not care what language you use as long as you can proficiently perform quantitative data analysis using that language.
