      TEACHERS ASSISTANT Interview

      31 Jan 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Blue Kangaroo in Sept 2013

      Interview

You must go in an fill out the application in person. They will look over your application and call you for an interview if they feel you might be a good fit. The interview is very relaxed. They ask you basic questions such as "tell me about yourself" "whats your interest in working for this company" Mine felt more like an organic conversation than anything. If they offer you a job you must go and pay for a sheriffs card and a TB test. Then within the first 90 days of employment you must go and take classes that you are responsible to pay for. If you don't get them completed you can't continue employment.
