Received a phone call that I did well at and received a follow up test. Never heard back from them again. Hiring manager seemed largely disinterested and ingenuine, this was a complete waste of time.

I applied online, received an email inviting me to a phone interview, did the phone interview, followed up after the interview, never heard from them again.
The interviewer was unorganized and never got back to me, which I consider to be unprofessional and rude.
