The process to get hired is incredibly harsh, far to difficult to get hired on directly, high effort and low probability situation that took up far too much time for everyone involved to complete

Interview
3 interviews. recruited call, hiring manager call, and panel interview. you need to present for 60 minutes about yourself. After the 60 minutes you will have another hour for the Q&A from both parties.

What do you know about rocket structure and components? Have you created any custom tooling before?
Applied online. Basic call with a recruiter. Call with a hiring manager discussing past experiences. Write a summary on why you want to work in Blue and aerospace industry. One hour presentation. Followed by situational, technical and technical questions by the panel.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Blue Origin (Kennedy Space Center, FL) in July 2022
Interview
I had a phone screen and the lady I spoke with was very disinterested in the answers I gave. This was contrasted with an interview I had just had which was very engaging and the interviewer seemed very "on my side." I started questioning the job and got an automated rejection email the next day. So props for timely response.
