Interview
Interview process was extremely thorough. I had three preliminary interviews with individuals in the department and a final interview in their office, where I was in a conference room and several employees interviewed me speed dating style. The virtual interviews were easier, the final interview was a tad intimidating.

They asked me how my experience was pertinent to the position, and I characteristics I had that would help me excel at their firm.
A few meetings with several people, followed by a call with some analysts. Asked about experience and things I am looking for in my career. Tiring because it was many people to speak to at once, but nice office while you wait.

Interview
Very simple, met with the recruiter and moved on to meeting with the team i'd work with, gave me the option to meet with them via zoom or in person. Very nice people overall.
