I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Blue Rose Promotions (Cleveland, OH) in Feb 2019
Interview
Very sketchy "offices", no name plates, no personal touches in offices, on cheap metal desks, a bunch of *very* young men and a few young women looking predatory & suspicious. I'm not sure exactly what the job was, though it seemed likely to be door-to-door sales, but I arrived very excited & looking forward to a new career and ended up being glad I got out the door without any mishaps. Never got a call back.

Interview
First-They will tell you during a VERY BRIEF phone interview, that you applied for a Team Leader position. Their website is vague. They don’t say much as to what they actually do. You will get asked to go in for a face to face interview.
You will then go to a crummy office building and feel a little overwhelmed by the amount of people that are also interviewing. They have 3 companies, they are interviewing for, but really, they are the same.
You are rushed into, and out of the first interview. They will basically tell you that it’s a great company and ask you very generic questions. After literally 5 minutes of this, you are rushed into a second interview with 2 people. They basically tell you their life stories and ask more of the same generic questions.
You are then rushed to the 3rd and final interview, with Alain, the “CEO”. Still having no idea of what this position really is, you find out that it’s DOOR TO DOOR SALES for ATT fiber optics.
Now... don’t get me wrong, door to door sales can be lucrative, but this is not at all what I applied for. They basically spend the whole interview process trying to persuade you into working for them and how this company changed their lives, but don’t tell you much about the position.
If you are familiar with Kirby, this is the exact same business model as them. You work for someone, making commission. Then once you hit a volume of sales, you are then a team leader getting a percentage of your direct reports sales.... you move up again until they say surprise! You get your own business!
It’s an MLM For door to door sales. Can be lucrative, but it’s shady AF. The parent company is Ultra Marketing... look them up for a more in depth view of the company.
