HR reached out with a quick overview of the position, and I shared my experiences. Less than 30 minutes. Next, in person interviews with hiring manager, HR, peers, and matrix partners. Great people and interesting role. Unfortunately, it was a bit odd as I was told I was a finalist, yet no feedback on whether or not the position was ever filled.

easy, quick. made it to the second round. very friendly and offered advice. super quick replies and follow ups. everything done online, interview was at the beginning of covid so it was all pretty new on both ends.
