Interview
1. Call screening from the recruiter
2. Phone interview with the direct manager
3. Panel interview with two managers and two current employees.
The managers were nice and welcoming. It was a mutual conversation that went very well.

Question 1
Name an experience when you were wrong and what did you learn from it?
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Shield Of California in Apr 2020
Interview
The interview process took 3-4 rounds - first two with a recruiter (screening followed by interview), then two more with both the immediate and higher managers. Questions included information about employment history and application for the job applied for, behavioral questions, and case questions. I interviewed with my direct supervisor as well as their supervisor. Recruitment was helpful in getting me an offer in a timely manner and provided weekly updates on the process. My initial phone screen up, then through the interviews, the offer letter (contingent), and background check/drug screen was about 6 weeks.
