Started off through the temp agency and was with the temp agency for 3 months before getting an interview for the permanent position. One interview and then got the permanent position.

first you have a phone interview and discuss your experience and assess your skill level(s) and capabilities, after that, you wait for a week or so, and then you get a call for an in person interview which is a panel interview of usually the hiring manager of the section you're applying for, along with his/her direct supervisor, and one other person from the section who is considered the lead.
