I applied online and was asked to come in for an interview very quickly. I was brought into their conference room and had a great rundown of the company with the heads of the product team as well as the CEO. Everyone was very pleasant and they offered me to job within a week.

Interview
Applied through a LinkedIn posting. Was contacted by email a short time after, requesting to set up a phone interview along with some information to go over. Phone interview lasted 30min. After the phone interview, an in-person interview was requested. I came in to the office a couple days later and was there for 2.5 hours, spoke to several of the management and displayed my portfolio. The next day I was contacted to design some test websites to display my skill and to submit them in 5 days. I submitted them, and the next day I was called with a job offer.
