I applied online. I interviewed at Blue Stone Therapy (Livonia, MI) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process was very simple, they walk you around to see how the team interacts with the children for the first 15 mins. After that the interview was very straightforward , if you love kids and want to make a difference in kids life with autism this is the job for you.
My interview was about 30 minutes. The rehab director asked about my previous work experience. They also asked why I wanted to work with this population, and what I would do if someone refuses therapy treatment. They answered my questions including hours, productivity, caseload, etc.
Phone interview due to Covid. Interview questions seemed more focused on who you are as a person than clinical skills- quick to respond with an offer and all very approachable interview staff
