The interview was very nice. The staff is really sweet. I was interviewed by two front desk managers and then after that I spoke directly to HR and answered a couple of her questions.

Interview
I responded to an ad on Craiglist and was contacted 2-3 days later and scheduled for an interview the next day. When I went in, I was given a long questionnaire to fill out. It basically asked all the questions you would be asked in an interview, but your had to write your answers. It was 5 pages long and took me about 30 minutes to fill-out. Once I was finished, the office manager took me into an exam room for a very brief (less than 10 minutes) interview. The manager looked down her nose at me the whole time. I felt really uncomfortable. She told me that I would hear something within a week, but I heard nothing. I called and left messages and I sent e-mails, and I got no response. Guess I wasn't good enough for them.

Typical questions like greatest strengths and weaknesses, can you work nights, can you work weekends, how well do you work with others etc. The bizarre aspect was that they were all on a questionnaire. I was asked very few questions verbally. The last question (and the weirdest one) was do you like shopping. Um who cares?
