I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Blue Wolf Communications (San Francisco, CA) in June 2017
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter, spoke to another recruiter on the phone, then had another phone call with a team member. Interview was awful and very buzzword heavy, despite knowing that I had a background in a different industry. Lots of nonsensical questions that didn’t really ask anything. A complete waste of time for both me and the person from the team who I spoke to. The recruiters should’ve done a better job of screening.

How do you think your skill set would complement this role?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Wolf Communications (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2013
Interview
I applied through the companies website, and then sent the recruiter listed for the job an email. That same day I got a call to conduct a phone interview. Asked me what I knew about the company and position and questions about what I like to do. Basically wanted to see if i fit company culture, which I liked. Setup up in-house interview the next week. That interview was with the same recruiter and mostly questions about my sales experience and how I would use those skills in this position. The recruiter thought I was a perfect match for the position, but had to send her notes and my resume to her boss. A week later I receive an email saying that they were not moving on with my candidacy. I personally think Blue Wolf is a great company and at the time I was not experienced enough for the position.

I had restaurant experience on my resume and the recruiter asked why I kept that on my resume since it did not pertain to this position.
