I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Blue Zoo (London, England) in June 2019
Interview
The interview was over a lunch time and about 30 minutes. I was interviewed by two employees. We seemed to have a pleasant conversation. Afterwards, I heard nothing back and was ghosted. I was not informed about any outcome and assumed I was unsuccessful. Overall the interview was fine, but the process of not getting back was really poor. It didnt make me feel like my time out to meet them for an interview was valued, and I believe all prospective employees, successful or unsuccessful should be treated with respect.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What software do you use, what projects do you like of Blue Zoo
My interview was super calm, personable and professional. I had the classic, common nerves everyone experiences before an interview but was immediately met with friendly faces who just wanted to get to know me and chat about the role.

Question 1
The interview style was really personable and more conversational. It was a back and forth about what the role and the shows needs, and what my experience can bring to the table.
I found this style really relaxing and easy to engage with in an honest way.
