BlueAlly interview questions

The interview process was great. Though there were several rounds of interviews, everyone I met was kind and spoke well about the company, culture, and people. Some of the questions were based around talent and skill, however, some of the conversations were based more around me as a person which made it seem that culture fit was just as important as competencies.

interview process was very smooth and accommodating to schedule outside normal work hours. people were nice and easy to talk to. benefits could have been better. Salary range was around market average for the roll i was interviewing for
