I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BlueModus (Denver, CO) in Dec 2018
Interview
After your application/resume has been reviewed, the first step is to complete a questionnaire. If the questionnaire fits in line with what they're looking for, then you'll move onto an online technical assessment. If you pass the technical assessment, then you're invited to a two hour group panel interview (broken into 2 groups). In this interview, you'll need to be prepared to discuss your resume in detail and express your technical strengths.

Question 1
Do you have any experience with building websites in a content management system?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BlueModus (Seattle, WA) in July 2023
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted to answer some follow-up questions via email. After sending my answers BlueModus scheduled a first round interview. They followed up the morning of the interview to confirm the time still worked for me. The first round interview was mostly a get-to-know-you affair with a few technical questions and time at the end for the interviewee to ask questions about BlueModus. It lasted for 40 minutes. I felt the interview went well but BlueModus felt otherwise. They followed up that afternoon saying they were not interested. The interviewers were friendly and respectful, and I appreciate that they followed up on the interview in a timely manner. Many companies and recruiters will not contact you if they decide to pass, which I think is a bit rude. BlueModus did, so points for them even though they decided not to move forward with my interview process.

I am sorry that things did not work out to hire you, but we appreciate you sharing feedback on our interview process and that although we did pass - we did communicate that.
