The recruitment process for Area Business Manager consisted of two rounds of interviews after CV shortlisting. I had given first round of interview and was told that they are still thinking about my selection. But I understood that I was not selected for second round.

The panelist asked about my day to day work, my strengths and weaknesses, tell me about yourself type of hr questions.
There were 2 rounds. Both were about my background, past experiences and alignment to the current role. First round was more focused on the research that I had done prior to the interview about the company and role.

4 rounds of Interview, which included a group discussion and 3 rounds of interview, could vary basis the candidate and the interviewer. 3 rounds were offline and last one was online.
