4 Technical + Managerial from USA 1 Technical + 1 Managerial Onsite 1 Hr Onsite Once done with all the rounds, HR sent a Whatsapp msg saying I was selected. He got back the same night again over Whatsapp and then discussed salary and joining date over call. I negotiated on offer and he said he will get back in 1 or 2 days. I waited for a week but he neither called nor sent me an email. He never responded to my Whatsapp msg where I informed him of joining in 45 days though my official notice period was 2 Months. I dropped him an email asking why there was no communication. His response was very unprofessional saying "STAY TUNED" and he never responded back when I asked an ETA by when they can roll out an offer Then I got to know from the recruiter they are looking for candidates with internal references. Recruiter also mentioned that HR was unhappy b'coz I informed them that I will take off for 2 weeks after joining(Such a lame reason to give) . I decided to not wait and waste my time working for company that is so unprofessional. I dropped an email to hr that I was not interested joining an unprofessional company. Don't waste your time giving interviews for them. HR wont mentioned anything over email and will talk to you over phone and give you no clarity regarding stock/pay etc.
