Interview
I was asked to talk about related experience that I’d had and then was given a tour. I was then asked to do a trial at a later date for a couple of hours where I was asked to seat customers and clear tables.

Tell me about related work you’ve done in the past
I applied with my CV on the website, was given a call and asked if I was free to come interview the same day. The next day I had my trial shift which lasted for 3 hours. I was then offered the job.
