Easy. Straight forward on expectations. Shared insight on company. Growing quite a bit. Discussed my customer service experience and my current day to day. Weekend work is preferred. Busy quite often so need to be ready.

Did a quiz on their computer then had an in person interview . The interview was 30 minutes max and I came to an orientation that week. Took a tour of the facilities.
