Structured process including multiple rounds with various employees in different departments to portray the role and the company accurately for the interviewee. All employees were very friendly and happy to discuss the position and opportunity immediately, and what it could be in the future
Great interview process with transparency. Assignment was required as one of the interview steps. Spoke with two different individuals, the recruiter along with general manager. Great mission and seems like a good environment to work in. Everyone was passionate about the company's values.
