Multiple Interviews with the Pre-Sales Engineering Team, Sales and RRHH. Had to create a sales case scenario with a powerpoint presentation and pitch it to a board of 5 members. They were asking questions about qualifying leads , about current views of Cybersecurity industry , about competitors and their product lineup

Several questions about presented scenario during the board interview. Also had a very thorough interview with 2 RRHH team members one of them was the RRHH Manager

Interview
The interview process was unfortunately overall unprofessional even if I do appreciate the warmth that was put into the process, but most workers nowadays look for a workplace and not a so-called family which might lead to poor work/life balance.
Having worked in the primary sector as well, I have found more professionalism and respect working in restaurants and farms than during the interview process at Blueliv.
I do not wish to enter into too much details as it would seem I'm only here to trash the company, it's not the case.
I'd simply like to advise most people against entering that company, which, by the way, is not currently undergoing economical growth nor offers a salary that's aligned with Barcelona's startup scene.
The interview process consisted in 4 rounds of interview, the first three with managers and members of my team and the fourth one with the general manager and HR person.

- Do you get on well with your manager? Is your current manager a woman?
- How do you handle Asian clients?

Interview
HR person spent the time interrupting me, speaking about himself and interacting with his cat present during the video call. Too inquisitive about salary expectations I was probably contacted only to disclose this information. Unprofessional manners. Awful representation of the company.
