I applied online. I interviewed at Bluemark (CA) in July 2021
Interview
It was a phone interview with pretty typical screening questions. They talked a bit about the company culture and what the job would be, and what the company did. I thought I did ok but I did not get a call back or any feedback, just never heard from them.

Interview
This place is a joke.
They are so full of themselves you are not GOOGLE or FACEBOOK. Be prepared to create a powerpoint presentation that you will not go over during the interview they literally just want to see if you can follow direction and try to take your ideas for free.
The first process was a call with Tim the talent manager/recruiter he's fantastic and gets you so excited to join the team. After Tim it all goes down hill from there...
The next step is a panel interview with Tim, Richard, Tarek and my personal favorite COO Issac #not.
I don't even know how these people work alongside Issac. I was able to tell right away Richard is a boss and the type of leader you want to work for, however he's not running the show even though he should be. Issac tries to create a hostile interview. He questions your morals and tries to shake and brake you. Listen I know you want strong and tough people in these roles however you are not displaying that you have a good work culture. NO ONE in their right mind is going to want to work here or for you. I left this interviewed annoyed and angry. I will remember this and will take this with me, so wherever I work in the future and if I need a company like Bluemark I will not refer or recommend because of this experience. Keep in mind your first impression is an everlasting one regardless if you are hiring someone or not.
Also, the amount time it takes for you to make a decision is ridiculous I hope you don't take this long for your clients.
Be prepared to answer a lot of questions about how you overcome negative experiences with clients. Seems like it may be a theme at Bluemark.
