Bluepeak interview questions

It's a fairly standard interview process. Had a phone interview with HR/Recruiter. Interviewed with Sales Mgr and Sales Director via Teams. The interview was not overly rigid but rather relaxed.

Met with the recruiter and hiring manager who described the company and role and asked basic questions on my background. It’s been almost a month since my last interview and despite following up with the recruiter I received no response. I assume I did not get the role but a follow up email after two interviews would be respectful
