Applied through university career posting. Process took less than 1 week, scheduled an on campus in person interview through university contact. Interview was with a senior associate and junior associate, most of the questions were technical and tested accounting knowledge and interaction of financial statements and valuation strategies.

Very nice and hard working Individuals.
It is a growing company, so that is an important part of the process, to see if you want to be involved with that growth.
Not just looking for a 2 year analyst, want an employee for the duration
Have a PE fund so that is a very attractive part of the company that not all investment banks can meet
Fairly easy interview with limited technical questions, mainly about fit.
