The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Blume Global (Pleasanton, CA)
Interview
Online technical challenge, then phone screen then on-site interview. I joined awhile ago.
Let me warn you well in advance. I later learned that the interviews were poorly organized and run. No preparation was given to the interviewers in advance and were just told to “ask what feels right.” Anyone with half a brain should understand that leads to less qualified coworkers and thus a poor working environment.
On-site consisted of reversing a linked list and then no more technical questions on coding... the other dude just sat there and googled “Java interview questions” without any regard for the content and just asked them randomly. LOL.
I had another design friend who said they were forced to wait an hour before the CEO, Pervinder Johar, showed up. He acts like he is God’s gift to mankind , like a certain acting US president. Avoid at all costs. Trust me.

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Blume Global (Bangalore Rural) in Jan 2024
Interview
2 Rounds of interview:
i) Technical round with Senior Software Engineer.
ii) Techno Managerial Round with Manager.
Interview was smooth and applied via campus placement. Each round was of 1 hour duration with a gap of 2 hours in between.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
i) Linked list question related to finding a cycle.
ii) In-order traversal of binary search tree.
iii) How to create a transpose of a matrix.
iv) The project i worked on during my internship.
v) Why I want to join?
I was a fresher, so there is only one technical round, where they asked me about basics of DSA and few puzzles. DSA includes tree questions and graph. Rest is based on my resume.
