BodyArmor interview questions

Interviewer was preoccupied with speaking about self and did not seem to be interested in directing questions to the candidate. Learned a lot about the company but never had a chance to speak about past experiences in depth

I pretty standard process. HR reached out after a month of application. First interview mostly screening questions. Had a panel interview with only situational questions. Ghosted after that. The whole process was about 2 months. Pretty unprofessional and very telling what kind of company this is considering how much time it takes to prepare and complete these type of interviews and the ideas given to them in the process.
