Numerous Panel interviews with peer level and senior leaders. The interview were very conversational but with specific behavioral and skill based questions. I felt there were no "gotcha" questions but they did expect a certain level of preparation on products and disease state knowledge..

Interview
Phone interview with HR, followed by face to face interview with RD, followed by phone interview with VP of sales. Standard questions that are S/TAR based. Situation/Task, Action and Results. Questions about product launches. Many questions about leadership and handling challenging district situations. Questions about knowledge of the marketplace.
