The first interview was quick with a recruiter. Second interview with local manager and local HR member (Buenos Aires). Third one with CTO form Spain. Barely any question that would prove I have the technical knowledge for the position even though I was overqualified. After the last interview I was told by the recruiter that they really liked my profile and they would be giving me an offer in a few days. After 20 days, I received a very simple email saying they weren't hiring as many developers as they thought they were going to so there was no offer. It all seemed like a waste of time.
