I applied online. I interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim (Ridgefield, CT) in Nov 2016
Interview
Phone interview, got an invitation for onsite interview ~2 weeks later. Manager took me out for dinner the night before, followed by a typical industry interview - started with giving a talk on my postdoc work, followed by a series of interviews with team members and managers/directors. Scientific and personal questions (strengths/weakness/conflict management etc.) Friendly people. Disaster starts from here. No follow up for a month, then got invited for another interview (scheduled a week later - decided on the week but not exact date.) the week goes by, I sent them emails regarding what day, then complete silence. Very very rude.
