I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim (Biberach an der Riß) in Nov 2018
Interview
First telephonic interview after 4 weeks from my application. After further 4 weeks I got contacted by HR to organize a face-to-face interview. Everything was very nicely organized by the them. The day before the interview they even took me out for dinner (for me was impossible to reach the location the very same day). I really appreciated that and I saw it as as a form of caring for the people they are dealing with. The day of the interview I gave a short presentation about my current work and then I had 30 mins chat with 5 different people. Everyone was very nice, the questions spanned a wide range of topics from personal situations to very technical aspect of the job. It was a good experience, I liked the people and the group a lot. The talk with the main boss was funny, he was basically trying to go against everything I was saying, I think he really was testing my character. Unfortunately after 3 months from my interview it looks clear that I did not get the job, however I wish they could have cared to send me an email to make it clearer. Was very intense and stressful but overall I liked what I saw, I will try to apply for other positions in the future.

Question 1
Why you want to work for us, how would you manage with the relocation, draw me and describe me how the instrument works, what are your good and bad sides
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim (Biberach, Baden-Wurttemberg) in June 2021
Interview
I only did the 1st stage interview. Applied online and got invited for a "get to know" interview with 2 recruiters, where I talked about my experience. To my opinion, everything was great and they said they would contact me again the week after.
Got ghosted by the recruiter after the interview. Sent multiple e-mails about the position to only get a reply after a month where they said I didn't get the job. Asked for feedback and got an automatic e-mail saying they couldn't provide feedback at the moment. The whole process was quite disrespectful.
